The scope of this contract is to provide specialist evaluation expertise to design the program evaluation for the Enhanced Access Community Pharmacy Pilot (EACPP). The vendor will develop a comprehensive evaluation framework, including associated tools and resources. The vendor is also required to undertake a financial and workforce viability analysis, as well as an environmental analysis.
