The project entails the construction of concrete footpaths to ensure all-weather accessibility to existing buildings, shade structures, and entry/exit points. The client has identified the need to replace the existing damaged rubberized pavers with a more durable alternative. The work areas will be divided into multiple zones to prioritize sections of the pathway with the most frequently used by students and teachers. Each zone will be quantified in linear meters (lm) and square meters (sqm) in accordance with project specifications.Zone 1 (Marked Red) - This zone is the highest priority, as it serves as the primary access route for students and teachers, connecting the main office to classrooms and toilet facilities.Subsequent Zones - The remaining zones will be addressed sequentially, with prioritization determined based on necessity and project planning. Each zone will be identified in a lump sum breakdown.
