Darwin Region - Contract for Repairs and Maintenance on Public and Social Housing Assets for a Period of 24 Months

This procurement seeks suitably trade qualified and experienced contractors to undertake repairs and maintenance works on a portfolio of housing assets consisting of approximately 3742 owned and leased public, industry, government employee, and social housing properties in the Greater Darwin Region. The Greater Darwin Region is, for the purposes of this procurement, divided into four geographical zones:Zone 1 DarwinZone 2 CasuarinaZone 3 PalmerstonZone 4 RuralThe contract will ensure that within each zone, a nominated contractor will undertake repairs and maintenance, and minor new works on dwellings to maintain them in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
