Darwin Region - Jabiru - Government Employee Housing Refurbishment

The works comprise the refurbishment and upgrade of a Government Employee Housing dwelling located at 5 Kinjo Place, Jabiru. The scope includes building, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and associated trade works to bring the dwelling up to current GEH housing standards, improve functionality and address maintenance and compliance requirements. The contractor will be required to supply all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary to complete the works in accordance with project documentation, relevant Australian Standards and Northern Territory Government specifications. High-quality workmanship, compliance with WHS requirements, and minimisation of disruption to the surrounding community will be essential. The works are expected to comment 26/01/2026 with practical completion required by 26/05/2026.
