Darwin - Provision of Cleaning Services for Fisheries at 33 Vaughan Street Berrimah for a Period of 36 Months

The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Cleaner Contractor to service the Fisheries Building located at 33 Vaughan Street, Berrimah.The Fisheries Building includes a main office space containing a mix of open plan office space, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and male, female & unisex toilets.The Shed area contains two separate combined shower/toilets laboratory office and kitchenette. Total area to be cleaned is approximately 868 m2.
