The Contractor shall undertake skylight replacement works and associated roof sheet works at nominated locations on the northern elevation of the building. The works include all labour, materials, equipment, and incidental activities necessary to complete the works in accordance with the Contract and to achieve a fully functional, watertight, and safe roof system.
