Venue Hire and Catering for the State Heritage Conference 2027

The Department holds a State Heritage Conference in a metropolitan location every two years, with a regional heritage conference held in the alternate year. The conference aims to bring the industry together which includes built heritage conservation and development, historical research, cultural and heritage tourism, collections management, interpretation and related disciplines and interests. The Department is seeking offers for a two-day conference from a Contractor to supply: A venue which can accommodate approximately 300 people in person. The venue must have multiple spaces suitable for a conference: one room that can accommodate up to 300 people as a plenary room; andanother room which can accommodate approximately half of the attendees as a breakout room. Food and beverage service (buffet style). Audio Visual (AV) services in each room.
