Tennant Creek - Construction of Student Boarding Facility

The Student Boarding Facility will be located at Tennant Creek High School, Lot 1277, Town of Tennant Creek.The Project scope includes all infrastructure to support its function as a 40 Bed Boarding Facility for secondary students, including:- Two Residential Buildings, each to accommodate 20 male and female student boarders;- An Administration Building for staff office space and support services;- A Communal Building with commercial kitchen and dining space;- Landscaping works;- All required headworks and engineering services infrastructure;-All land and planning requirements, including statutory approvals and subdivision, as required; and- All required FF&E, including ICT equipment, loose furniture, kitchen equipment, linen and other items typically classified as 'group 3'FF&E, to enable the Boarding Facility to be fully operational.Refer to the Design Brief section below for details of these items.The following scope is excluded from the scope of this Project:Design of the service and operational model, including recurrent funding; andProcurement of any third-party service providers.
