Darwin - Development and Delivery of the Meeting of Arts Professionals (MAP) Industry Conference for a Period of 12 Months

Arts NT seeks the services of a Contractor with exceptional program development, facilitation and training delivery skills as well as event management skills to deliver a two-day professional development program for MAP 2023 - Meeting of Arts Professionals Industry Conference for up to 150 delegates. The event will take place over two days during 20-24 November 2023.The Contractor will design the program in collaboration with Arts NT, produce and deliver the program, manage venue and hospitality, and survey attendees post event, invoice and settle all approved costs.Three targeted streams will be developed and delivered for Arts Managers, Board Members and Creative Producers.The Northern Territory Performing Arts Awards (NTPAA) will be held to coincide with MAP 2023. The MAP 2023 Contractor will need to coordinate with the NTPAA contractors to ensure a seamless transition and attendee experience.
