Darwin - Provision of Cleaning Services at Don Dale Youth Detention Centre for a Period of 12 Months

The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) is seeking a suitable cleaning Contractor to undertake the cleaning services at the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre for a period of 12 months.The cleaning Contractor is required to be available to clean 7 days a week, and be able to commit to cleaning the centre between the hours of 5.00pm and 10.00pm, providing a high quality cleaning service within the facility as outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT) document.The new contract will commence on 1 February 2023 with the following services to be carried out below but not limited to:General cleaning in staff office areas and common areasClassrooms and young person common areasBio-hazard cleaning and Emergency cleaning as required
