The Department of Fire and Emergency Services’ (DFES, the Customer) State Emergency Management Policy (SEMP) Business Unit requires the provision, hosting, moderations and ongoing support of a Software as a Service (SaaS). This will enable DFES to actively engage and consult with the Western Australian community, emergency management and public sectors, including Local Governments, Hazard Management Agencies, Controlling Agencies and Supportive Organisations.
