The Department of Infrastructure, Planning, and Logistics (DIPL) will construct a new roundabout at the intersection of Chung Wah Terrace and Emery Avenue, in Palmerston.Vibratory construction equipment will be used during construction, and as part of its environmental monitoring objectives, the Department requires the development and implementation of an appropriate vibration monitoring program to mitigate risks associated with impact of vibration on surrounding structures.
