Darwin Region - Various Locations - Northern Territory Government Building Asset Inspections and Condition Assessment for a Period of 7 Months - Mandatory Industry Briefing

Consultants will be required to undertake a condition assessment of buildings and structural assets which is used to determine and report the level of building and system asset deterioration. The reporting process will establish the required maintenance works to return the building and/orstructural assets to the required condition standard and to prioritize limited repair and maintenance funding.
