The Consultant will be engaged to provide financial services for the Multipurpose Stadium EOI and RFT, including financial capability evaluation criteria, returnable schedules, financial assessment of all proponents at EOI and RFT stages, advice as financial subject matter expert in evaluation meetings and provision of financial risk assessments.
