The works include the delivery of “as and when required” Responsive repairs to occupied dwelling assets owned by and/or leased to the DTFHC within Katherine township or as noted.This Tender includes all trades necessary to undertake those works via a single contract multi-trade contract to include general building and carpentry works, painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, security screens, window and doors, tiling, joinery etc. as prescribed in the Schedule of Rates.
