Darwin - Provision of Sector Wide Employee Survey Provider for a Period of 36 Months

A commercial provider is required to undertake a number of tasks relating to the delivery and management of a whole of sector Employee Survey including,survey design/model validation and refinement (from an existing survey instrument)survey implementation (fully online, across approx. 20,000+ employees)storage provision and assurance of data (including existing data sets from 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2021)analysis and reporting through an online portal that ensure the ongoing anonymity of respondents through built in privacy business rules (including reporting at various levels according to predetermined organisational structures and across multiple demographic subgroups)The NTPS Employee Survey will be administered every two years (next due to be delivered in March/April 2023). However, it is also a requirement of this procurement process that the engaged provider be available to provide ad hoc analysis, reporting and in some instance pulse surveys, for agencies within the NTPS.
