The successful contractor will be required to provide grounds maintenance, litter control and cleaning services to Public Housing unit complexes in Alice Springs for a period of 36 months. The works include the delivery of specified services as prescribed herein and “as and when required” Grounds maintenance, litter control, cleaning and arboreal services to housing unit complexes.
