Develop a 10 year Master Plan for the Mickett Creek Shooting Complex (the Complex).The Mickett Creek Shooting Complex currently hosts 4x Shoot Clubs:Darwin Rifle ClubSporting Shooting Association of Australia, Darwin branchDarwin Pistol ClubNorthern Territory Field & Game AssociationIn addition to the above:The DTFHC is also looking to investigate the possibility of relocating the Darwin ClayTarget Club from its current location at Marrara Sporting Complex to the Complex. NT Police would like to include the construction of an additional 3x new shooting ranges at the SSAA Darwin BranchIn addition to reviewing the inclusion of additional clubs and ranges, the Masterplan will investigate:the current landownership;maintenance requirements;building compliance;environmental controls;over fire template and agreements, and;alternative models of land ownership including the governance, maintenance and management of the Complex.
