The Department requires the following Services to be provided from Australia Post: • Post Billpay in Person; • Post Billpay by Phone; • Post Billpay on the Internet; and • Post Billpay Scan and Pay. These Services are required to enable payments to be paid by Housing and Home Ownership Loan clients at any Australian Post Office to the Department.
