This consultancy panel period contract is required to:Ø Undertake assessments of NTG contract management plans relating to Work Health and Safety, Indigenous Development, Project Quality and Industry Participation.Ø Lead audits of NTG construction projects onsite across the Northern Territory for compliance with conditions of contract, request for tender and response schedule, in relation to Work Health and Safety, Project Control/Project Quality, Indigenous Development, Local Content/Industry Participation.Ø Undertake Work Health and Safety site inspections of NTG Works across the Northern Territory for compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.Ø Consultant auditors will supplement DIPL staff to conduct audits to identify risk to the department in-line with its Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the Contractor Compliance Unit Audit Charter and associated risk management tables.Any unique requirements (clearances/accreditations/etc):Ø All approved key personnel shall at a minimum hold qualifications in Quality Auditing, Work Health and Safety and a certificate of attainment as a Lead Auditor awarded by an Australian National Recognised Training Organisation.Ø The ability to obtain a National Police Certificate.
