The Transition to Practice (TtP) staff are new to practice nurses who require further support to ensure a smooth transition into nursing practice post their role at CNR. Under the directions of the CNR Director of Nursing and Midwifery and in alignment with the Nursing & Midwifery Early Career Framework, the CNR Education Team are establishing a six month education, support and mentoring Transition to Practice Program. Participants will be supported by registered nurse mentors from their allocated Pod/teams and the Transition to Practice Education Coordinator to develop their nursing skills and knowledge competency and confidence.
