The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:· The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing dwellings;· The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings;· The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing dwellings;· Room to Breathe modify existing dwellings; and· Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing dwellings
