Tennant Creek Region - Purkiss Reserve Redevelopment - Minor Building and Civil Works

Minor building works - including amenities building, covered walkway area, shade structure over skate park, cricket nets and lighting, AFL catch nets, play safe equipment, seating, stands, scoreboard, supply and install all above and below ground services, irrigation systems, tennis court refurbishment. Civil works - minor bulk earthworks, internal roads, repairing areas to the Reserve and Ambrose Street, hard and soft landscaping including trees, shrubs and planting. Excluding new AFL fence and concrete path.
