Alice Springs, Darwin and Katherine - Provision of Real Estate Services for a Period of 36 Months

Real Estate Agent Services are required by the Public Trustee for the Northern Territory, for the sale of properties in association with the management of deceased estates, legal trusts and criminal property forfeiture matters. The method of sale will vary depending on the specific circumstances associated with the relevant property and market conditions and be negotiated on a case by case basis between the Principal and the Contractor, and the Contractor must act on the Principal’s specific instructions. The Contractor will be required to recommend for approval by the Principal, a strategy for the sale of each selected property. The Contractor will also have comprehensive marketing networks in the NT in order to attract a purchaser, including standard marketing and advertising means that will be used in the promotion of selling all properties.
