The design consultant to investigate and develop:• Detail design for the left turn at the Stuart Highway / Armidale St intersection.• Concept design for traffic island in the refuge at the Stuart Highway / Charles Street intersection.• Removing third lane (outbound) on the Stuart Highway, detailed design of traffic islands and installation of short pedestrian audio tactile button at the Stuart Highway / Westralia Intersection.• Install traffic signals (left turn arrow) to control left turning traffic from the Stuart Highway into Westralia Street.• Engineering Survey from Stuart Highway / Armidale Intersection to Stuart Highway / Westralia Street Intersection.
