The Department of Health have identified two areas within Casuarina Plaza to accommodate the Boarder Control business unit. Minor work is required to these areas, scope of works includes: Shop 27, Casuarina Plaza: • Patch and painting all walls,• Removal of two walls (see attached floor plan),• Air-con balancing (after removal of walls) – this is a building owner request,• Replacing any missing carpet tiles/ceiling tiles – resulting from wall removal,• Allowance to remove unnecessary wall fixtures. (Pin Boards etc.) patch and paint Shop 7, Casuarina Plaza:• Patch and painting all walls,• Allowance to remove unnecessary wall fixtures. (Pin Boards etc.) patch and paint,• Noting there is currently NT Health owned compactuses in this space that we are having moved, condition of flooring underneath is not known, scope/costing should include the supply and install new carpet tiles to match existing.
