The scope of works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:· The demolition of various structure including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing Dwellings.· The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing Dwellings.· The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing Dwellings.· Room to Breathe modifications of existing dwellings, and· Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing.
