Provision of independent estimating services to review, interrogate and assess the cost estimates produced by the ECI Contractor during Stage One. The Consultant must have extensive experience and a thorough working knowledge of cost estimating methods for civil construction works including a comprehensive understanding of risk analysis, allocation and pricing.
