The Housing Construction and Refurbishment Builders Panel is the state-wide panel of registered builders, established as the primary mechanism for delivering Housing Authority's residential construction and refurbishment programs. The Housing Authority (The Principal) operating within the Department of Housing and Works, is inviting Expressions of Interest from registered builders with the capability to delivering residential dwellings and support the expansion of social housing across Western Australia.
