The works will be carried out under appropriate traffic management andinclude the following:• Earthworks• Top up shoulder with an average nominal of 50mm thickness type 2 or type 3gravel• Rip and re-compact shoulder at 100% MMDD to achieve 200 mm compactedthickness,• Grade shoulder to match existing seal and trim to applicable levels bymaintaining existing cross fall levels.• Seal the Shoulders as shown in the Contract drawings for typical shouldersreconstruction, safety barrier and stabilised shoulder locations.• Culvert extension, new concrete headwalls and wingwalls• Fabrication & Installation oftraversable grate• Removal of non-compliant safety barriers and installation of Guardrail/Terminals• Protection works• Refresh over the existing line marking• Reinstate existing line marking• Audio-tactile line marking
