The Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade utilise agricultural tractors on their research farms to carry out a range of activities including earthmoving, loading/unloading and distributing livestock feed such as hay bales, and slashing and spraying. The existing tractor is at the end of its serviceable life and subsequently one new tractor is required to replace it.The tractor must meet or exceed the following parameters:Engine power rating 150 horsepower (111 kilowatts).Six (6) cylinder diesel engine (no AdBlue requirement).Powershift or fully automatic transmission with minimum 20 forward/reverse speeds and minimum 40km/h speed.Full power steering with 3cm auto steer and ISOBUS connection for boom spray (auto section control) and planter input.Quick disconnect three-point linkage with category 2N.Three rear hydraulic banks with positive and return that can be operated from outside of the cabin (i.e. control buttons on mudguards).Fully integrated, air-conditioned cab with air ride seat and canvas seat cover.High flow hydraulic pump minimum flow 114 litres/minute.Power Take-Off (PTO) rating 540/540E and 1000.Heavy duty self-leveling quick release front end loader with euro style hitch for attachments and four lines of hydraulics to enable connection and operation of four in one bucket or post hole auger.Front tyres – minimum 540/65R28.Rear tyres – minimum 650/65R38.Attachments required4 in 1 bucket,Hay forks andpallet forks.The tractor must be delivered to Douglas Daly Research Farm by 30 May 2022.
