External Cladding

The Scope of works as stated per Project West’s quote had been assessed by the project team and were satisfied the proposal meet RWWA’s requirements and has been approved by the landlord of 47 Walters Drive. These works consist of building license fees, removal of existing damaged trim deck sheets and install 50mm trim deck pattern Equitilt flameguard panel with additional perlins, flashings and pressings required to 3000mm afl to match existing paint but in colourbond colour, and removal of existing 3 off doors and angled frames, to be replaced with new 1.6mm steel frame with screw fix hinges, steel clad compliant door and relevant hardware. This direct engagement has been reviewed and approved in accordance with RWWA’s Procurement and Contract Management Framework and Delegated Authority provisions.
