Key objectives of this study include;- Assess current national networks flood immunity and resilience standards against forecast weather patterns and climate changes.- Identify relevant climate change risks to NT road network and assess vulnerability of the network to these risks.- Investigate and develop options to upgrade the network to improve its flood immunity and climate change resilience.- Undertake benefit cost analysis for the proposed upgrades. - Develop upgrade strategies including priority sections to enhance national road network flood resilience against flooding, with a focus on innovative and sustainable methods.- Research national best practices to compare with NT challenges and proposed strategies.
