Alice Springs - Repairs and Maintenance of Equipment at the Alice Springs Correctional Centre for a Period of 60 Months

The Department of the Attorney General and Justice (ADG) requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide regular inspections, servicing and maintenance of a small elevator housed within the Administration Block of the Alice Springs Correctional Centre (ASCC). The contractor will be required to develop a customised service schedule for maintenance based on the needs of ASCC taking into consideration the age of the elevator, usage, the environment and WHS requirements. Site rules exist for entry into a secure location and an individual application to enter the ASCC will be required by the contractor’s staff involved in provision of the maintenance services.
