The Supplier is required to provide specialist technical writing services to support the national program to develop a comprehensive Work Plan for Phase 2 of the National Automated Access System (NAAS) program. The Work Plan must meet the quality requirements appropriate to a national program, be sufficient to withstand rigorous scrutiny from all participating jurisdictions, the NAAS Technical Advisory Group and Steering Committee.
