Provision of Senior Business Consultant

A Senior Business Consultant is required to support the urgent design and implementation of the Demand Management and Prioritisation Process for the Department of Housing and Works (DHW), following Machinery of Government changes and the absence of a structured demand intake and prioritisation framework. The engagement will support the urgent establishment of a minimum viable product (MVP) demand management process, providing a single, consistent entry point for all Technology Services demand, including projects, enhancements, minor works, operational improvements, and other non BAU requests.
