The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:· The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing dwellings.· The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings.· The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing dwellings.· Undertake Room to Breathe Works on various Remote Community Housing dwellings.· Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing dwellings.Additional housing works, including Room to Breathe, GEH dwellings and housing upgrades may be added to this program.
