Power and Water is establishing a panel contract for external resources to assist in developing electricity market regulatory reform submissions. To assist in these initiatives, Power and Water is seeking to engage expert suppliers to provide advice and services on an as-required basis, in specialty streams including:• Regulation (including regulatory advice and interpretation, economics, accounting, finance, design and engagement)• Legal (energy regulation)• Engineering• Administration (including document and data management, project management and review) • Assurance/Audit• Engagement Customer Stakeholder• ICT functional specifications
