This construction project is for the upgrade of entry ways on McMillans Road at Carnoustie Circuit and Lakes Crescent. The primary objective of the upgrade is to provide improved aesthetic appearance of the entry ways by harmonising the walls and the area adjacent to the walls to replicate the existing western wall on Carnoustie Circuit. The secondary objective is to improve the existing pedestrian accesses at these locations as follows:Carnoustie Circuit - Remove existing redundant footpath (east side), kerb ramps and median island cut throughs and reinstate with landscaping, concrete kerb and concrete median infills respectively.Lakes Crescent - Realign a section of the existing wall on the western side to improve sight distances for pedestrians on the existing footpath.
