PUBLIC RECORD

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment’s (the Department) Threatened Species and Conservation Programs Branch is expanding the Five Mile Beach Wildlife Management Facility at 200 Pittwater Road, Seven Mile Beach. The footprint of the Five Mile Beach Wildlife Management Facility will be extended to accommodate three sheds for housing Tasmanian devils. The Department requires the supply and installation of secure perimeter fencing, upgrades to existing access tracks, new tracks and hardstand areas. The type of works would suit a mid to large size landscaping contractor. Related works include the construction and commissioning of up to three large sheds (a separate Request for Quotation has been issued for these works). Potential contractors should note the work to upgrade access tracks and install perimeter fencing is required to be completed before onsite work for construction of the sheds can commence.
