Katherine Hospital - Jack Roney Ward - Room 4 - Build Ensuite

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:The construction of an ensuite to Room 4 of the Jack Roney Ward, as shown on the contract drawings and as required to complete the project. The work is situated within a functioning hospital ward which must maintain operational at all times.The ensuite will be similar to other ensuites on the ward with the exceptions to the following:Flooring will be finished in non-slip tarkett granite polysafe r11 vinyl, coved up the wall 100mm, fully welded, colour to be decided by hospital staffWalls will be finished with floor to ceiling vinyl fully welded, colour to be decided by hospital staff
