A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:Upgrade and seal of Marrakai Road between CH 47.08 to 50.2km.Upgrade and seal to the intersections of the three minor roads including Burnside Road (CH49.78), Barney Street (CH47.70) and Stephen Road (CH47.47). The intersections are to be sealed up to the existing side road seal extent;Upgrade of the existing Arnhem Highway and Marrakai Road intersection to incorporate a left deceleration lane, Arnhem Highway widening, reseal and upgrades to culverts and drainage; andInstall LED streetlights at the intersection of Arnhem Highway and Marrakai Road
