Alice Springs - Consultancy - Alice Springs Correctional Centre - Design Modular Cell Accommodation and Services

Provide specialist advice and consultancy services for the design, documentation and certification of a new modular accommodation unit to increase the medium security capacity of the Alice Springs Correctional Centre (ASCC). This consultancy will comprise architectural, engineering and ancillary services to be supplied by the successful tenderer and Building Certification services to be supplied Hendry Group as a Nominated Sub-Contractor.The modular accommodation units shall be based on the Corrective Services Industries (CSI) NSW product offering and indicative layout shown in Attachment A01, noting that minor adjustments may be required to meet NT Correctional Services (NTCS) operational requirements and local conditions. The consultant team will not be required to produce detailed design documentation for the modular accommodation units (this will be provided by the modular accommodation provider) however they may need to provide concept/layout drawings to convey any NTCS specific requirements for incorporation into the modular design by the modular accommodation provider.The works will comprised three (3) defined components as follows:Part A - Design and documentation of all site specific components associated with the deployment of the modular accommodation.Part B - Design and documentation of all the site electrical and hydraulic infrastructure remediation.Part C - Construction services associated with the modular accommodation and site infrastructure remediation.
