Works are to be carried out in accordance with the procedures outlined in the PS127063 RDH-SUNHOOD REMEDIAL WORKS-NORTH FAÇADE report (the Report) prepared by WSP, and in accordance with instructions and agreed additional repairs on site issued by the Superintendent, including but not limited to;.1. Repair and painting to the concrete sunhoods (awnings), support plinths, mortar, hold down points and support brackets2. Repair all main building façade cracks and expansion joints to brickwork identified,3. Prepare and re-seal existing external window frames,4. Supply and erect scaffolding to undertake the works, including protections works for pedestrian links and exit paths,5. Provide debris screens during scaffold assembly and during the works,6. Provide external privacy screening to external windows nominated to the satisfaction of the Superintendent as shown at section 4.9 Document 2;7. Provision of alternative fire exit routes for Hospital operations to the Certifiers requirements.8. Waste management and disposal to Hospital requirements,9. Comply with the Hospital noisy works protocol (15 minutes on, 45 minutes off), with working hours between 8am to 5pm.
