A general outline of the work to be carried out under the contract comprises (but not limited to):· Supply and installation of designed roof structure over Link Corridor and internal cafeteria garden.· Replacement of roof section and gutter.· Replacement of internal cafeteria garden lighting and wall fans.· Patch and paint Link Corridor ceiling and HVAC vent wall.
