All of NT - Provision of Recruitment Services and Support for a Period of 36 Months

The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) will be establishing an Across Government Contract with a panel of providers to undertake search and recruitment services for:• Executive Officer Recruitment• Statutory Board Member Recruitment• Industry Specific/Specialised Recruitment • Hard to Recruit, or Bulk Recruitment• Administration and Support Services Providers selected for this panel contract may be required to undertake any or all (but not limited to) the following search and recruitment services:PlanningSource and advertiseInitial screening of candidatesInterview and verificationPreparing summary reportNotify and debriefReporting and documentationScribing/minute takingCandidate testingCandidate history checksVisa and Migration support Exclusions:The contract will not include: traditional labour hire recruitment services such as those generally provided to trade and industry businesses early careers - apprentices, trainees and graduates that currently fall under D22-0144 Early Careers Recruitment Services and Workplace Supportcriminal history checks will be completed by the agency as per the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIS) requirements for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NCCHCs)decision making on final recruitment outcome. This is retained by the Agency delegate and not assigned to the Contractor
