The Northern Territory Electoral Commission require an elector mark off and voting centre management service capable of running in NT urban, rural and remote environments. Critically, NTEC requires a service capable of operating in remote locations with intermittent network availability. The required contract period is for 36 months with an option of tow x 12 month contract extensions.
