Works consist of accessibility upgrades in the form of a universal WC and external ramp, refreshed landscape design, provision of electrical fixtures including relocation of distribution board, a new ceiling to replace the previous demolished during mechanical upgrades in a separate project, and sealing of doors and windows throughout newly air-conditioned spaces which includes the provision of new casement windows and entry door.
