Provision of Lead Environmental Consultant for the Adelaide River Off-Stream Water Storage Project

The Adelaide River Off-stream Water Storage (AROWS) project is proposed to be the Darwin region’s next major water supply source. A lead environmental consultant is required to assist the NT Government secure environmental approvals for the project. Specifically, the Consultant will be responsible for obtaining all outstanding environmental studies/approvals/licences. This includes prioritising, scoping, commissioning and management of outstanding investigative works which will culminate in progressing the project through each stage of the environmental assessment process under the Northern Territory Environment Protection Act 2019 and Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.The consultant will be expected to work closely with the lead engineering consultant and other stakeholders to deliver this work.
