A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:· Decommission, demolish and provision of 6 x air-cooled condensers (2 x Accent Air Model AC0410P, 1 x Accent Air Model AC0700P, 1 x Accent Air Model AC0630P, 2 x Accent Air Model AC0530P) at rear of central kitchen dining· Decommission, demolish and provision of 1 x new air-cooled condenser (1 x Accent Air Model AC1050P) and 2-off packaged AC units (2 x Accent Air Model AP0700P) at rear of indoor Sports area· Site access to back of Indoor Sports area is restricted with culvert drains, bridges and low overhead walkways (Mandatory Site Inspection)
